Filename allowed characters: alphanumeric plus hyphens ('-'), underscores ('_') and dots ('.')
What triggers it
EBA reception/CSV-layer check 'Filename allowed characters: alphanumeric plus hyphens ('-'), underscores ('_') and dots ('.')'. Failing it rejects the whole submission (feedback NOK).
The filename contains a space, bracket, accent or other character outside A-Z, a-z, 0-9, hyphen, underscore and dot.
How to fix it
Fix the package and resubmit with a new timestamp.
Rename the file. The standard name contains only those characters.
