What triggers it
EBA reception/CSV-layer check 'Filename module inconsistency with the report category (SUP, REM, RES,PAY,DORA,PILLAR3)'. Failing it rejects the whole submission (feedback NOK).
The framework or module part of the filename is not DORA.
How to fix it
Fix the package and resubmit with a new timestamp.
Use DORA010100 as framework+version and DORA as module.
