Filename reference date is valid date with format 'yyyy-mm-dd'
What triggers it
Reference date in the zip filename is not a valid yyyy-mm-dd date (people have used the deadline date or dd-mm-yyyy).
The reference date in the filename is not a real date in yyyy-mm-dd form.
How to fix it
For the 2026 cycle the reference date is 2025-12-31 in both filename and parameters.csv refPeriod.
Use the reporting reference date, normally 31 December of the previous year, written 2026-12-31.
