DORA submitted report files must be a zip containing plain-csv
What triggers it
EBA reception/CSV-layer check 'DORA submitted report files must be a zip containing plain-csv'. Failing it rejects the whole submission (feedback NOK).
The zip does not contain plain CSV files.
How to fix it
Fix the package and resubmit with a new timestamp.
DORA registers are collected as xBRL-CSV, not xBRL-XML and not Excel. Export the 15 tables to CSV using the exact file names.
