All the header column codes must be defined in the taxonomy json files (in DPM)

How it appears in feedback

What triggers it

A table CSV header contains a column code that does not exist in the DPM for that table (e.g. c0120 in b_01.02 which stops at c0110), an empty header cell (',,'), upper-case 'C0010', a 'b_01.01.c0010' style name, a semicolon separator, or a trailing comma. When a table fails 801 it is not loaded, and every foreign key pointing at it then fails with 807.

A header cell is empty, or names a column that the table does not have (for example c0120 in B_01.02, which only goes to c0110), or uses upper case.

Templates: any b_xx.xx.csv. Columns: header row

How to fix it

Header = comma-separated lower-case codes c0010,c0020,... exactly as in the annotated templates. Special cases: b_03.03 legitimately has c0031; b_02.03 and b_03.01 have three columns (c0010,c0020,c0030) per the annotated template; b_06.01 is renumbered c0010..c0100 (FAQ 46). Columns may be in any order; missing (non-key) columns are allowed.

Use the column codes exactly as on the template page, lower case. Columns may be in any order and may be omitted, but every header cell must be a real code.
