Recorded as a finding also shown as EBA.806
Official text
For open tables, you cannot have multiple rows with identical key values
How it appears in feedback
[table],[line],[column],806, For open tables, you cannot have multiple rows with identical key values,[value]
What triggers it
Two rows in an open table share the same primary key (e.g. the same provider LEI twice in b_05.01 c0010, or the same (c0010,c0020) pair in b_01.03). Listed by the ESAs as not leading to rejection, but CSSF's processor raises the equivalent EBA.2.16 / EBA.2.7b / oime:disallowedDuplicateFacts as blocking errors.
Two rows in an open table have the same key values.
Templates: all open tables
How to fix it
De-duplicate on the key columns shown in bold in the Data Model; for B_06.01 create a distinct function identifier per (LEI, function, licensed activity) combination (AFM Q&A).
Merge or distinguish the rows. In B_02.02 the key is eight columns long, so a provider serving two functions or two countries is two rows with different c0050 or c0150/c0160.
