De enige validatie die de AFM doet bij aanlevering is of de LEI-code van de rapporterende entiteit overeenkomt met wat in ons systeem staat en een controle op de naamgevingsconventie. (The only validation the AFM performs on submission is whether the reporting entity's LEI matches our records, and a check of the naming convention.)
What triggers it
AFM Portaal rejects at upload if the LEI in the file name does not match the AFM's record for the entity or the ESA naming convention is broken; everything else is validated by the EBA and relayed as a .txt feedback file within 1 working day.

How to fix it
Use the LEI registered with the AFM (contact dora@afm.nl if it differs); ESA filename with country NL; new timestamp per resubmission.
