[EBA.1.6.b] XBRL reports MUST include appropriate negative (i.e. with @find:filed="false") filing indicator elements to express which reporting units ("templates") are intended NOT to be reported. (missing=[values]) / [EBA.1.6.e] Missing filing indicators. Reported XBRL instances MUST include appropriate (positive or negative) filing indicator elements

What triggers it
FilingIndicators.csv problem (e.g. 'TRUE' instead of lowercase 'true', missing template rows); CSSF notes it can also appear when the refPeriod line in parameters.csv is wrong.
