What triggers it
Root folder name differs from the zip name. On the CBI portal the zip is named with the C-code pattern, so the inner folder must match THAT name.
How to fix it
Rename the inner folder to the zip's name.
Central Bank of Ireland Portal (2026 version performs upfront EBA validations; blocking errors must be fixed before finalise/sign-off, non-blocking ones may be commented in the 'Xbrl Non Blocking Rules Report' and submitted).
