What triggers it
macOS Finder and some Windows tools add __MACOSX/, .DS_Store, Thumbs.db; CSSF prohibits any additional file/folder; EBA 720 rejects extra files.
How to fix it
Zip with a tool that excludes hidden entries (e.g. zip -X -r ... -x '.*' -x '__MACOSX*'), then list the archive.
