PKG-PARAMETERS-CSV: Any deviation (extra rows, spaces, 'LEI:' prefix, CNUM instead of LEI, dd/mm/yyyy, decimals -5) prod
Rejects the file
Official text
parameters.csv: header 'name, value'; rows entityID,rs:<LEI>.IND|.CON ; refPeriod,<yyyy-mm-dd> ; baseCurrency,iso4217:EUR ; decimalsInteger,0 ; decimalsMonetary,-3 (sample values). Name column first, value second (rule 723); entityID must match the filename (714); refPeriod must equal the filename reference date (320).
What triggers it
Any deviation (extra rows, spaces, 'LEI:' prefix, CNUM instead of LEI, dd/mm/yyyy, decimals -5) produces 714/723/xbrlce:unreferencedParameter/oime:missingPeriodDimension/'Decimals value is too low'.
How to fix it
Generate parameters.csv from the LEI and reference date; never hand-edit in Excel.
