A template is declared true but its file is missing or empty.
How to fix it
Allowed, and it means nothing to report. Make sure that is true: an entity with any ICT contract needs rows in B_02.01, B_02.02, B_03.x, B_04.01, B_05.01, B_06.01 and B_07.01.
