VR_EUID: EUID does not follow the EUID pattern

What triggers it
An identifier declared as EUID (eba_qCO:qx2002) does not look like an EUID, or is actually an LEI.
How to fix it
An EUID is the two-letter country code, the register code, a dot and the registration number, exactly as shown in BRIS (e-justice.europa.eu). In 2025, 58,170 of the EUIDs reported were malformed and only 2,717 were found. If it is an LEI, change the type to eba_qCO:qx2000.
